Diopside is a calcium magnesium silicate mineral often with some iron, forms as an accessory mineral in many environments. Presenting this lovely example featuring gem tabular focal crystal of Diopside crystal nicely perched on creamy white Calcite. It has magnificent vitreous wet luster, glassy faces and round termination. The crystal has good translucency, apple-green coloration and indeed nicely positioned on matrix. Its a pretty neat and attractive example in such perfection and aesthetic visuals. No repair, no stabilization !
