This is an aesthetic and perfect example of Microcline Feldspar crystal nicely positioned on snowy aggregate of Cleavelandite with lovely little Schorl Black Tourmaline crystal. The main Microcline crystal has perfect multi faced termination with good vitreous wet luster. The cleavelandite matrix nicely holding the Microcline crystal, well crystalized all around with 360-degree view.

Microcline Description

Feldspar Microcline is one of the most common feldspar minerals. it can be colorless, white, cream to pale yellow, salmon purple to purple, or shiny green to blue-green. Microcline forms quick prismatic or tabular crystals that are regularly of sizeable length: single crystals can weigh several lots and reach yards in the period. Crystals are often multiply twinned, with two sets of fine lines at proper angles to each other. This offers a “plaid” effect that is precise to microcline some of the feldspars. Microcline also can be big. The mineral occurs in rich rocks, such as granite, syenite, and granodiorite. it is discovered in granite pegmatite's and in metamorphic rocks, which include gneisses and schist's.
